Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to
lead the development of authentication and authorization
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and retain a high-performing tech team through recruitment
and networking
Foster collaboration with Product Management, QA, Design, and other
Engineering groups to execute projects efficiently
Uphold high standards of development quality and efficiency while
promoting an inclusive team culture
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in software engineering, with 1-2 years in
a management role
Experience with authentication and authorization systems,
preferably OAuth 2.0
Proficiency in Java or related languages, as well as Ruby or
Python
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with the entire development cycle in a fast-paced
environment
