Overview:Ceribell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional
Director to lead our sales efforts across a designated region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Regional
Director will be responsible for managing a team of Territory
Managers and driving new business acquisition within the assigned
territory. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven
track record in the medical device industry, particularly in
selling into complex and disruptive environments.Key
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Territory Managers,
providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the
achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
drive new business acquisition and market expansion within the
region.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with key customers, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and
key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify
opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development,
and Customer Success, Account Management to align sales strategies
with overall business objectives.
- Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on sales
performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior
management.
- Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and
workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team,
ensuring continuous professional development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory
requirements and company policies.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or
related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a
demonstrated track record of success in selling into complex and
disruptive environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a regional or
national sales management role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
- Prior experience selling into the ED and/or ICU
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans,
drive revenue growth, and exceed targets.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.A

education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ
from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses
