Entry Level Call Center Professional

Our client located in Itasca is in immediate need for 40+ individuals with a customer service background to become part of their fast paced call center.

This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a fast paced environment, and customer interaction. If you are an entry level professional, looking to get your foot in the door with an outstanding company, this is the position for you!!

Pay Rate :$11.00/hr

Location : Itasca,IL

Hours of Operation: 6:45 am - 11:00 pm Mon-Sun. A variety of shifts are available, and overtime is sometimes required.

Skills and Responsibilities

?Properly documenting all calls and information.

?Taking 100 - 150 inbound calls a day from customers.

?Assisting with the activation of credit cards, and any credit card inquiries.

?Providing exceptional customer service for each caller.

?Adhering to all guidelines and procedures.

?Provide customers with product and service information.

Education/Qualifications

?High School Diploma or GED is required.
