Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Analyst to provide insights that
drive performance improvements across their Go-To-Market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, and customer success
data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Generate reports and dashboards that track key performance metrics
(KPIs) and develop actionable recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with
strategic initiatives and support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an analyst, preferably supporting GTM or
revenue teams
Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as SQL, Python, and
business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms and their
data structures
Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling to
provide deeper insights into GTM performance
Strong understanding of key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage
and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
